ECA Annual General Meeting

To be held on Thursday, 24 June, commencing at 7.30 pm.

Agenda: Available nearer the time

Who may attend?

(a) Members of the Executive Committee;
(b) HonLife Members of the Association;
(c) Members of Affiliated Clubs and Unattached Members whose subscriptions have been received by the Treasurer of the Association prior to the commencement of the Meeting;
(d) Representatives of Affiliated Leagues in accordance with the rules currently in force; and
(e) Two representatives of each other Affiliated Organisation.

NB Timespan indicated for the meeting is naturally provisional for the length of the meeting; it may require more time, but hopefully will be completed within the indicated time.
