The second series of the ECF Online County Championships is on its way. Essex has entered the Minor Open and the U1800.
Games are played online at chess.com, which while similar to Lichess which we have been using for internal Essex online competitions, does have some significant differences, which may have led to several games failing to start, so we have produced a concise guide below.
