London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone **NOW**

From 29 AUGUST 2023 London's ULEZ has been extended to ALL London boroughs. This includes Essex' home venue, Wanstead House, 21 The Green, Wanstead E11 2NT in the London borough of Redbridge.

Vehicles which DO NOT meet the minimum standards will be charged per day to drive within the zone, so those travelling by road to Wanstead House will want to check whether their vehicle complies.

ECA Tournament Secretary

The post of ECA Tournament Secretary was left vacant at the last AGM. Unless this post is filled, there will be no ECA individual events in 2023-24. This means no BLITZ CHAMPIONSHIP, no RAPID CHAMPIONSHIP, no LIGHTNING CHAMPIONSHIP; also no TEAM BLITZ CHAMPIONSHIP.
